My original painting is reproduced as a fine art print on premium paper with archival inks.
My take on chinoiserie is completely my own. I learned traditional Chinese painting as a teenager, and now I combine that style of brush strokes with acrylic paint in bold yet elegant compositions.
In shades of blush pink and sage green, a flowering apple blossom tree frames a hummingbird, a bluebird, and a butterfly. Soft sprouts of grass frame the bottom of the scene.
I recommend pairing with my "June" print so that the scene continues between the two panels.
