We need to get your bifocal or varifocal lenses right, this is how it works *
When you order bifoclas or varifocals we send the frames out to you before making your prescription lenses. You will use the frames to take some important measurments. Next, you'll send back your frames free of charge so that we can produce your perfect prescription lenses. We know some other websites don't do this, but we think it's important to get your glasses right. Any questions, please do contact us!

Each piece is made to order please allow 20-24 weeks to ship. Please expect approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery once your item ships and depending on your geographic location. Due to the nature of the item, returns cannot be accepted. You have 48 hours to cancel your order once your order is placed. Cancellations are not accepted after 48 hours as the item is put into production.

If you would like to view a color sample in your home before placing an order you can email us your request. Please note we can only send 3-4 samples at a time and the samples have to be returned to us.
