International Shipping Policy

At Lavender Fields, we are pleased to offer shipping to many destinations around the world.

International orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available carriers. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier rates.

Please note that shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or any other fees imposed by the destination country.

International Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations, carrier limitations, and product restrictions, certain items are not eligible for international shipment, including but not limited to:

  • Furniture

  • Oversized rugs

  • Certain rug styles restricted by destination country

  • Hazardous materials

  • Live botanicals and plants

  • Aerosol products

  • Food and edible products

  • Products subject to export or licensing restrictions

  • Perfume and fragrance products

  • Fragile items, including mirrors and select home décor

  • Gift cards

Additional restrictions may apply based on your country of residence and carrier requirements.

Lighting Products

Our lighting fixtures are UL-listed and manufactured to meet United States electrical standards.

Customers purchasing lighting fixtures for use outside the United States are responsible for ensuring compatibility with local electrical systems. Appropriate outlet adapters and voltage converters may be required.

Lighting designed for use with 110–120V electrical systems should not be connected to higher-voltage outlets without proper conversion equipment, as doing so may result in product damage, fire, property damage, or personal injury.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

The recipient is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

Lavender Fields has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order to determine any applicable fees and import requirements.

Customs Delays and Package Holds

International shipments may be delayed, inspected, or held by customs authorities.

Lavender Fields is not responsible for delays, storage fees, customs processing times, import restrictions, or packages held by customs agencies.

If a package is held by customs or your local delivery office, it is the customer's responsibility to complete any required paperwork, pay applicable fees, and arrange pickup if necessary.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Shipments

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or returned to us for any reason, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any additional return shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Custom, personalized, special-order, and made-to-order merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for refund if returned due to refusal, non-payment of duties, failure to claim the package, or customs-related issues.

Order Acceptance

All international orders are subject to review and approval.

Lavender Fields reserves the right to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel any international order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to restrictions related to shipping carriers, destination countries, product availability, export regulations, fraud prevention, or other business considerations.

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
