Shipping
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days. Processing and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Most orders over $75.00 ship for free in the USA. Orders under $75.00 are charged a flat fee of 7.95.
International shipping is calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Holidays or peak shipping periods

Events beyond our control
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of both the product and packaging. Retain all original packaging materials to assist with any carrier claim.
Returns
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we made an error in fulfilling the order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Please allow 7–14 business days for processing.
Refunds may be reduced or denied if returned merchandise is used, damaged, incomplete, or not in its original packaging.
Order Cancellations
Lavender Fields reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

Payment verification issues

Shipping restrictions
If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Custom, personalized, special-order, furniture, and vendor-direct orders may not be canceled once they have been submitted to the manufacturer or supplier.
