How to Earn Points

Customers can earn points in the following ways:

  • Sign Up Bonus: Earn 200 points when you create an account

  • Make a Purchase: Earn 5 points for every $1 spent

  • Birthday Reward: Earn 200 points on your birthday (must be added in your account profile)

  • Follow on Instagram: Earn 50 points

  • Like on Facebook: Earn 50 points

  • Follow on TikTok: Earn 50 points

Points are awarded after activities are successfully verified and may take time to appear in your account.

Eligible Purchases

Points are earned on eligible purchases based on the final paid order total after discounts, returns, or adjustments.

  • Taxes, shipping fees, and non-eligible items may be excluded from point calculations.

  • Points are not awarded for canceled, refunded, or disputed orders.

Lavender Fields reserves the right to adjust points if errors occur.

Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed for discounts or rewards as available through your rewards account.

  • Order discount coupon
    100 Points = $1

  • Points have no cash value.

  • Points are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged.

  • Rewards cannot always be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Returns & Adjustments

If an order is returned, canceled, or refunded:

  • Earned points may be deducted or reversed

  • Redeemed rewards may be adjusted or removed from refund amounts when applicable

This ensures rewards reflect completed purchases only.

Program Changes

Lavender Fields reserves the right to:

  • Modify point values or earning rules

  • Change or discontinue rewards or program benefits

  • Suspend or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without notice

Unused points may be forfeited if the program is discontinued.

Fraud & Abuse

We may suspend or terminate accounts and remove points if we detect:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Abuse of the rewards system

  • Fake or duplicate accounts

  • Manipulation of referral or earning systems

  • Violation of store policies or Terms of Service

Third-Party Platform

Our Rewards Program is operated using a third-party loyalty platform that manages account tracking, points, and rewards functionality.

Lavender Fields is not responsible for system outages, delays, or technical issues caused by the platform provider.
